Zo op het eerste oog is je processor geschikt en heb je meer dan genoeg ram-geheugen. Grafische kaart kan het probleem ook niet zijn, want windows draait zelfs zonder aparte grafische kaart.
Staat je SSD misschien zo vol dat er geen ruimte meer is om te upgraden?
